At Dropkart, we process and ship all orders within 24–48 working hours.

If we are unable to fulfill your order for any reason, it will be canceled and you will be notified via email or SMS. In such cases, a full refund will be processed.

β€’ For Prepaid Orders (UPI, Debit/Credit Card, Net Banking, Wallets):
Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
β€’ For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI, and you may be asked to provide your bank details or UPI ID.
β€’ Shipping charges and applied discounts are non-refundable.



❌ Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be canceled once placed. Please review your details carefully before confirming your order.

If your product arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

To request a refund or replacement:
β€’ A clear unboxing video must be recorded at the time of delivery.
β€’ The damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Without proper unboxing video proof, claims will not be accepted.
